The funeral for Lucy Mae Bishop, 93, Hilltop Towers, 113 W. Main St., will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Hart & Bruce Funeral Home with the Rev. Marie A. Edwards, pastor of Hope Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial will be in North Watertown Cemetery.

Mrs. Bishop died Tuesday at Genesis HealthCare, where she had been a resident since 1988.

Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Bishop worked at Gibson Laundry before her marriage and was a housewife.

Born Oct 19, 1903, in Watertown, daughter of Henry and Julia Gilbo Lago , she attended Watertown schools.

She married Henry Bishop of Clayton on Jan. 3, 1920, in Watertown, with the Rev. James H. Keeling officiating. The couple lived in Watertown. Mr. Bishop worked for W.W. Conde Hardware and for the City of Watertown. He died Dec. 6, 1963.

Surviving are two sons, Henry C., Virginia, and Robert J., Shreveport, La.; a daughter, Mrs. Clarence (Muriel) Booth, Philadelphia; 16 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
