Gilbo, 79, of 14708 Ramsey Road, Adams Center, died Sunday in the emergency room at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown, after being stricken at his home.Mr. Gilbo worked in the Watertown area until becoming employed by the City Water Department, where he worked until his retirement in 1980.Born Nov. 25, 1918, in Watertown, son of Roy and Rosella Rushlow Gilbo, he attended Watertown schools. Following school, he was a laborer and farmhand on local farms.He joined the Army
