She was a daughter of Clyde Jessie and Myrtle Stella Typhair Noyes. She graduated from Antwerp High School.

She married Gilbert Arthur Rushlow on 7/6/1943. He died on 12/6/1993.

She was a cook for the Fargo Inn; she also was a house cleaner and primarily a homemaker. She was a volunteer at the Jefferson County Election Office; she enjoyed baking, embroidery, bowling, BINGO and cards.

She was survived by eight children, Jerry, Larry, Richard, Robert, Nancy (Ray) Campany, Genevieve (Lloyd) Rhone, Dorothy (David) Moses, and Rosemary Bauter; 20 grandchildren; 37great-grandchildren, and 21great-great- grandchildren.

She was pre-deceased by several siblings, Roy, Eugene, Patricia, Frank, Minnie, Betty, Cindy, and Priscilla and a grandchild, Travis Rushlow; and a great-great-grandchild, Aubrey Barlow.
