The remains of Willie Guyette
Auburn, son of Mr. and Mrs, Henry
Guyette, were brought here Thursday
for burial. The body was placed
the family plot beside his wife who
died about a year ago. Mr. Guyette
leaves to mourn his loss his parents,
three sisters, Mrs. Gladys LaClair of
Massilion, Ohio; Mrs. Henry Guyette
of Canton, Mrs. Wilbur Guyette of
this place; three brothers, G. Guyette
of Canton, Lee and Ernest of this
place, and a host of friends.

Dies at Syracuse

Native and Former Resident of
Crary Mills


Crary Mills, Sept 25-WiWam Guy-
ette, son of Mr. and Mrs, Henry Guyette
Of Crary Mills died in Syracuse
early Monday mornipg, Sept 16, after
a week's illness with heart trouble.
In company with his friends, Mr. and
Mrs. Smith, with whom he boarded,
he visited his parents on Labor Day.
Two days before his death, they were
notified of hia serious illness, and his
Mother went at once, remaining with
him until the end. A funeral service
was held in St. Marys Episcopal
church in Auburn of which Mr. Guy-
ette was a member, and the remains
were brought to the home of his par-
ents, Wednesday. The funeral was
held on Thursday afternoon, Rev.
Geo. Perry pastor of the Episcopal
church in Canton officiating. The
burial was in the Crary Mills ceme-
tery beside his wife, who died May
9, 1926. Three brothers and three
brothers-in-law acted as bearers.
There were many beautiful floral
offerings.
Mr. Guyette was born in the town
of Canton April 18, l882. About
twenty-eight years ago, he married
Miss Genie Guyett and they made
their home in Auburn for the past
twenty years. No chidren were born
to them, but they adopted a son, James
Guyette, who has enlisted in the
regular army.
Mr. Guyette was a member of the
Maccabee Lodge of Auburn,
Besides his parents, he is survived
by four sisters and three brothers,
Mrs. Herbert Billings of Hermon,
Mrs. Wilber Guyette of Crary Mills
Mrs. Henry Guyette of Canton and
Mrs, Joseph LeClair of Maasilon, 0.,
who was unable to attend the funeral,
Ernest and Gilbert Guyette of Canton
and Leland Guyette of Crary
Mills.
