Amelia Bellinger was his first wife who is said to have been put into an asylum, and Wm & his brother Arthur were illegitimate. 1891 mountain two, Dundas co, Canada census. They are both with Sarah Levere. Sarah & Wm. were married in Oct 1891.
If you could add his parents then it would also include the links to his sibling Arthur. He also had two other brothers, Francis Charles & John.
