William E. (Bill) Shannon
PUYALLUP, WA - Bill was born March 25, 1923 in Cambridge, ID to Dallas and Dessa Shannon. Bill lost his battle with cancer on October 16, 2003 at his home in Puyallup, WA.
In 1935 Bill moved from Idaho to the Yakima Valley. Bill graduated from Granger High school in 1942.
He is survived by his loving wife, Margie of 57 yrs; his 9 children; 19 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a favorite uncle, Lester Reed; and 5 surviving siblings, Richard (Toby) Shannon, Ilene (Ray) Bouchey, Freda (Ted) Stegeman, Neva (Ben) Robillard, Linda Lyons.
A mass will be held at St. Andrews Catholic Church in Sumner, WA on October 24, 2003.
