!NOTES:
Mary Rutherford, born in Saline County, Arkansas, about 1875, a
daughter of Margaret Lipscomb and Charles Lewis Rutherford. Her parents
moved to Oklahoma in 1901 and homesteaded land near Eric. Mary married a
man named Walls. She became a prominent clubwoman there and was once
Oklahoma State Regent of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
