Born about 1788, with nothing known about his life. He made
his will on March 20, 1821 and died on July 21, 1829, and had never
married. John Cook, husband of Nancy Stillwell, was made administrator
of his estate and his heirs were his sister Nancy and three younger
brothers, Elisha, Joseph III, and Asher Cook Stillwell. the total estate
was vallued at $653 which consisted mostly of livestock, a desk gun and a
Spanish saddle. The final settlement of the estate was made in April
1830.
