Madeline L. Bridinger, 83, died at 9:45 p.m., Saturday, June 26, 1999, at her residence at 914 E. County Rd. 36. She was born in Tiffin, May 18, 1916, to Orlando and Loretta (Gillig) Werling. On February 25, 1935, she married Chalmer D. Bridinger in St. Joseph's Catholic Church. He died December 14, 1973. Survivors included: four sons, Dennis H. Bridinger of Columbus and Michael A., Thomas J., and Richard J. Bridinger, all of Tiffin; a daughter, Mrs. William (Martha) Hartman of Shaker Heights; two sisters, Mrs. Leonard (Naomi) Wilkinson and Mrs. Edward (Mary Louise "Babe") Schultz, both of Tiffin; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Mrs. Bridinger, a homemaker, had also been employed as the superintendent at Greenlawn Cemetery. A 1934 Calvert High School graduate, she was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and its Rosary Altar Society. A funeral Mass was held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 30, 1999, in St. Joseph's Catholic Church with the Rev. James Steinle officiating. Interment was in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation was held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, June 29, 1999, at Hannay-Traunero Funeral Home.

Mrs. Brdinger was a homemaker and also had been Employed as the Surperintendent at Greenlawn Cemetery. She Graduate in 1934 from Calvert High School.
