Earl A. Guyett, 88, of 114 Sunrise Terrace, Liverpool, died Tuesday at Veterans Administration Medical Center after brief illness.

A native of Watertown, Mr. Guyett lived many years in Mexico, N.Y., before moving to Liverpool in 1958. He owned a dairy farm in Mexico and retired in 1967 from Crouse-Hinds Co.

He married Madeline Ellen Brown 3 June 1918 in Waterown, New York.His wife, Madeline, died in 1955.

Mr. Guyett attended Westminster Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are three daughters, Helen M. Francis of Savannah and Shirley Parks and Ruth M. Milea, both of Liverpool; two sons, Earl A. Jr. of Redwood and Jack of Middletown; 16 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and a nephew.

Services will be at 9 a.m. Friday at Maurer Funeral Home, Liverpool, the Rev. Paul L. Couch officiating. Burial will be in Mexico Village Cemetery.

Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, 300 Second St.
